  • About NeuroCare+

No. It offers evidence-based screening and education to help you understand indicators and decide next steps. Diagnosis always requires a qualified professional.

At launch, NeuroCare+ is built around early childhood autism and developmental support (ages 12–60 months) for parents, caregivers, clinicians, and schools. Our long-term vision is to expand into a lifelong ecosystem supporting individuals at every stage.

Data privacy is foundational to how we're building NeuroCare+. Our platform is designed to use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest, and we're implementing HIPAA-aligned safeguards and vendor agreements ahead of handling any protected health information. No PHI enters analytics or error tracking. You'll be able to export or delete your data at any time.

No. It supports your care team and helps you coordinate it - never replaces it.

Every response is capped in length and source-cited, built on NeuroCare+'s proprietary AI platform. Crisis language is caught by a separate, hardcoded, deterministic filter before the AI is ever involved — not a policy, an architectural decision.

We're targeting a public launch on November 30, 2026. Waitlist members receive rolling early access invitations ahead of that date.

Core tools are free. Premium starts at $25/month (or $240/year), with Family ($39/mo) and Professional ($69/mo) plans also available for larger families and individual clinicians. Enterprise pricing is custom — see our full pricing for details.

Launching in the United States and UAE, with global expansion planned.

Our long-term vision is a broader neurodevelopmental and mental healthcare ecosystem. At launch, our core screening and check-in tools are focused specifically on early childhood autism.
