No. NeuroCare+ is a support and guidance platform not a medical device or diagnostic tool. All check-in outputs are narrative guidance only, never a score or diagnosis. Formal diagnosis always requires a qualified clinical professional. This is a hard architectural decision, not a disclaimer.
The AI is powered by Anthropic's Claude API with multi-layer clinical context injection. Your child's profile, check-in results, care roadmap, and curated clinical guidance are injected at every session. Responses are capped at 300 words and always cite evidence-informed sources. The AI cannot diagnose, prescribe, or act as a clinician — by design.
Yes. All PHI is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We operate on HIPAA-aligned infrastructure with BAAs signed with all PHI-handling vendors before any data flows. No PHI ever enters analytics or error tracking. You own your data and can export or delete it at any time.
Absolutely not — and this is core to who we are. NeuroCare+ is built to complement clinical care by providing continuity, guidance, and support between sessions. Every AI response includes a directive to consult your pediatrician or care team. We deeply respect and depend on the role of every clinician in this ecosystem.
